Traveler guests/ tourists started on board in the boat for a tour will be considered as the tour was started and tour payment is automatically charge. the tour operator will not be the responsible of any failure nor refund due to bad weather condition except failure on boat malfunction...

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Non-Refundable Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at booking and is strictly non-refundable to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations Within 30 Days: No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure due to prior commitments. For more than 30 days, only 70% will be refunded, as our cancellation fee to cover administrative and opportunity costs.
Special Cases Refund is provide: All refunds will be at our discretion, minus 30% fee of the total costs for any refund. Please read more below.
Adverse Weather/Gale Warning: We will only refund if and only if a coastguard-issued gale warning that prevents departure, we will reschedule within next two days. If unsuccessful, a refund will be issued.
Emergency/Medical Reasons: We understand that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. However, please note that cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled event are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the preparation and costs already incurred, including rent of boats, the purchase and preparation of food and other perishable items.
